Breen Construction has been project managing this large build and coordinating the team of contractors involved. The first of two buildings- the Barrell Longhouse – will contain the head office, bottling hall, warehouse, and the first barrel room. “Each decision is an incremental step forward in our quest to eventually become carbon neutral and create a property that enhances the region,” said Mark Neal Scapegrace marketing director and co-founder. Foleys Plumbers were selected to work closely with Breen construction and provided the mechanical services package for the building. Foleys specified an underfloor heating system to serve the office space of the Barrel Longhouse and Central Heating New Zealand provided detailed design and materials selections.
